Steak and White Cheddar Panini Recipe

We love a good sandwich recipe, especially when it has our amazing Certified Piedmontese steak in it! This panini is a great substitute for your favorite grilled cheese or a new way to ditch the boring cold cuts.


  • 1 cup sliced red onions sliced thin

  • 1 loaf of ciabatta bread/ or favorite cottage style bread

  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce

  • 6 ounces sliced Certified Piedmontese Steak

  • 4 slices white Cheddar cheese

  • cooking spray for pan


1. Heat the panini press. Spray the pan with non-stick spray. Then place the first piece of bread down on the pan. Add all the toppings in the order you wish (cheese, Certified Piedmontese steak, red onion, horseradish)

2. Put your top piece of bread on and close the panini press for 3-5 minutes until the bread is nice and toasted and golden brown. Enjoy!

This Steak and White Cheddar Panini is so simple, just a handful of ingredients and a few minutes for one of the best sandwiches you have ever had.
