Satisfy Your Cravings with Easy Cheeseburger Wrap

Cheeseburger wraps are a terrific way to change up your usual cheeseburger. It’s everything you love about a rich, melty cheeseburger, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla! It’s already healthier with Certified Piedmontese’s Grass Fed ground beef, but feel free to use low-carb tortillas and low-fat cheeses for an extra cheat.

Ingredients (Serves 3 to 5)

1 lb Certified Piedmontese Grass Fed Grass Finished Ground Beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Cheddar cheese, shredded

2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

1 cup of romaine lettuce

5 medium tortilla wraps

Ketchup (optional)

Mustard (optional)

Mayo (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat a medium to large skillet on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add the ground beef and break up the beef into crumbles, cooking till it is only a little pink (about 7-10 minutes).

  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir it evenly into the ground beef. Continue cooking until beef is cooked all the way through and is no longer pink. Take the skillet off the heat.

  3. Place the tortilla wrap on the flat surface. In the upper center of the wrap, place a handful of shredded cheese and ½ cup of the cooked ground beef. Layer on sliced tomato and lettuce.

  4. If it is to your tastes, add some ketchup, mustard, and any other toppings you like

  5. Roll up in a cylindrical roll, tucking in the filling as you go. Smear some of your condiments at the edge of your wrap to help it stay in place as you cut, serve, and eat it.

  6. Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 for the rest of the tortilla wraps, and enjoy!


Once you roll them up, you can grill the wraps for a bit of crunch. Heat a pan on medium high and once it’s hot, place the rolled wrap seam-side-down on the grill. Turn it over when you see grill marks. Evenly heat the entire surface of the wrap (2-3 minutes) and remove it from the pan.

Cheeseburger wraps are such an easy meal to prepare and adjust to your liking! More lettuce to add greens to your meal, no tomatoes, maybe add onions if that’s your zing – the possibilities are endless as long as you have great Certified Piedmontese beef.
