It's the week of National Burrito Day! So, we took a twist on a traditional burrito recipe and added new flavors, and of course used our Certified Piedmontese beef!

for the burritos

  • cooked rice

  • cilantro, basil, green onions

  • kimchi

  • sriracha mayo or yum yum sauce

  • large flour tortillas

1. Pulse the pear to puree. Put all the ingredients for the beef in a Dutch oven . Cover and cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees or until very tender and delicious.

2. Prep all your burrito fillings (cook the rice, mince the herbs, prepare the sauce).

3. Lay a flour tortilla flat. Place the rice, meat, herbs, kimchi, and sauce in the middle of the tortilla. Fold the sides up, then roll it up.
