'Fan'cipe - Crockpot BBQ Brisket

We love hearing from our fans and customers, especially when they share their treasured recipes or favorite ways to enjoy Certified Piedmontese. We reached out a few long time customers, and one of the favorite recipes we got back; was a recipe card for a homemade Sweet and sour BBQ sauce. One look at the card - and you know its been a family favorite for years! Our fan here uses this sauce and pairs it with our brisket. A perfect cut for slow cooking or braising, and once shredded or sliced, a total star on a plate or bun for the whole family to enjoy.

Once the sauce has been made, the rest of the recipe has 2 steps.

1) Apply generously to the the brisket

2) Cooked on high in the crock pot for 4-5 hours.
